Grab a saucepan
Add 2/3 of a mug of water, and 1/3 of milk per person.
Turn on the heat to medium/ high.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of Cuppa Chai per person
Let the aromatic flavours of the chai infuse, as the chai heats up.
Give it a mix.

Add sugar to taste.
Bring the pan to the boil, as the tea starts to rise - Be careful it doesn't overflow!
Continue to simmer the chai for a few more minutes.

Turn off the heat.
Carefully strain your hot tea into your mugs using a tea strainer.
And you're done!

Sit back and enjoy.
Allow yourself to enjoy the aroma and taste of the smooth spices in your traditional chai.
